Gene informs her that the will leaves everything to Philip, but Kate "suddenly remembers" the envelope with a codicil to Victor's will. After gene departs he places a call to a mystery person . . . Victor! Sami gives in to her desire for Brandon and he carries her off into the bedroom. Before anything can happen, Mickey arrives. Brandon and Sami tell Mickey about the tape. Brandon points out all of the ways that Kate can hold up the case for years, but he insists that Sami will get her son back one way or the other.
