Chloe acts like it's no big deal that there is a screaming banshee upstairs, and when she refuses to get involved, Nancy is suspicious that the glue in Mimi's shampoo isn't an accident. Mimi can't open the doors, so Nancy hits upon the idea of using a ladder to climb up to the bathroom window, but can't get in all the way. Unfortunately, Mimi can't get the window open because her hands are glued to her head. While Nancy tries desperately to get to a distraught Mimi, the ladder crashes to the ground, and Chloe laughs as two of the people she wants to hurt most in the world are stuck in an uncomfortable situation.
