After Meg's affair, her and her partner Matt are trying to give their relationship another go. However Meg's benefits are about to be cut off and the only job opportunity she has is to go back to the surgery receptionist job and work under Iain again. She knows this will be a problem if Matt finds out as Iain is the guy she had the affair with. Matt as problems of his own at home as the estate agent keeps walking in on him showing around their house at the most inopportune of times.
